Communication Skills Toolkit

The goal of our project was to design a communication toolkit to foster open communication and psychological safety within the university. We didn't want this toolkit to be just a repository of information. Instead, we aimed to make it practical and actionable.

Our project centered on the idea of engaging individuals in grasping the project's purpose, cultivating desired behaviors, and equipping them with the skills to make effective agreements while preventing and resolving conflicts. We firmly believe that mastering the art of effective communication comes not from passive reading but from active practice. Thus, we focused on infusing interactivity and creativity into the toolkit, going beyond traditional learning styles. This project was a collaboration with Rechtdoorzee, commissioned by the Learning & Development Department of University of Leiden.
